Return Policy
At Safeguard Technologies Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns due to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or buyer’s preference are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Any items returned must include all original accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials that were included with the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition.
- Products with physical damage, wear and tear, or modifications.
- Custom-made, personalized, or perishable items.
- Clearance, final sale, or digital/downloadable products.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at sales@safetech.kiwi.nz to request a return authorization.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided.
- The buyer must cover all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund, minus any applicable restocking fees (if applicable). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Returns for items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or accidental damage are not accepted.
